Salesforce Launches Agentic Advisor

Salesforce in June launched a suite of agentic artificial intelligence tools called Agentic Advisor. Agentic AI works autonomously to set goals and take action steps.“ Rather than waiting for manual prompts, these autonomous agents operate securely in the background of your daily workflows,” the firm said on its website.“ They monitor household portfolios, ingest custodial data updates, and track operational tasks in real time, serving as both a compliance support safeguard and an active growth engine for your entire front office.” The suite includes tools such as a meeting concierge service that preps advisors with client context and captures interactions; a“ Run My Day” tool that prioritizes the day’ s most important tasks and opportunities; a book of business insights tool that offers a“ bird’ s-eye view” of an advisor’ s entire book to examine opportunities; and an“ Advisor Everywhere” capability that allows the advisor to bring relationship data and workflows to places the advisor’ s work is done, whether it’ s in Slack, Microsoft Teams or AgentForce Financial Services.
RightCapital Launches Planning Focused AI Agent Iris
RightCapital, the creator of financial planning software for advisors, has launched a new AI planning agent called Iris to save advisors time and enhance the quality of client financial plans. It’ s capable of assisting advisors in reviewing RightCapital profile information, surfacing plan anomalies or areas of concern, and running retirement plan simulations directly in the advisor workflow.
The company says Iris can help answer almost any planning-related question, and explain planning results in a way that’ s easy for advisors to understand and communicate to clients. Iris is embedded directly within the advisor experience on RightCapital. Once activated, the AI agent can give contextual input on a client plan.
Dispatch Launches Advisor Transitions To Help Move Clients
Dispatch, a data orchestration company for wealth management firms, has introduced Advisor Transitions, a software solution designed to help firms transition advisors, client accounts and assets between firms. Built on the core Dispatch platform, the program ingests unstructured client data from source systems and documents, standardizes and cleanses it, and applies proprietary AI to merge, match and reconcile records across custodians, CRMs and financial planning tools.
From a single workflow, operations teams can generate accurate firm and custodial forms for client signatures, open accounts across multiple custodians in parallel and maintain synchronized data across the advisor technology stack once the transition is complete.
Orion And Flourish Expand Integration On Client Cash
Orion, the wealthtech platform for advisors, has announced an expanded integration with Flourish, a cash management platform designed for advisory clients. This expanded effort will help advisors bring client cash more fully into the wealth management experience. It allows advisors to initiate Flourish Cash invitations from within Orion, prefill client information to streamline account opening, and incorporate eligible cash account data into Orion’ s reporting and planning workflows for a more complete view of client finances.
It will help advisors address a meaningful portion of client assets that has often remained outside the advisory workflow. Once a client opens a Flourish Cash account, account data can flow into Orion and Orion Planning, giving advisors greater visibility into client cash alongside other held and held-away assets.
Edward Jones Offers Safety Platform Carefull
Edward Jones announced a commercial relationship with Carefull, a complimentary digital protection platform that will be provided to all of the brokerdealer’ s U. S. clients. The tool provides comprehensive financial protection against scams, identity theft, and financial mistakes while helping families coordinate safety. The platform helps monitor accounts for warning signs such as suspicious transactions, behavior changes associated with scams, and even mistakes people make themselves— including those that can come with aging. The tool allows clients to send selected alerts or information to trusted loved ones.
LPL Financial Launches
Military Deployment Practice Continuation Program
LPL Financial has launched a military deployment practice continuation program, a new support framework designed to help eligible LPL-affiliated financial advisors who serve in the U. S. armed forces maintain the value and stability of their practices when they are called to active duty.
When advisors enter active military service, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority designates them as inactive under its active military leave policy, temporarily pausing certain registration requirements. During this period, LPL’ s new program provides a structured, turnkey approach to help ensure clients continue receiving consistent, uninterrupted service throughout an advisor’ s deployment and for up to 90 days after they return.
